Craft sticks, dowels, clothespins, peg people, slats and picks. Plain wood, ready for paint or glue. There are 10 Creatology kids craft supplies on this shelf.
Wood is the structural shelf. Craft sticks and skill sticks build frames, dowels become masts and axles, and wooden slats give a model a floor to stand on. None of it is finished, which is the point — paint, marker, glue and string all take to raw wood without any preparation.
Clothespins and peg people deserve their own mention. A bag of either turns into a cast of characters in about four minutes, and they stand up on their own, which paper figures never do.

Raw wood is the structural end of the range and it is sold unfinished on purpose. Paint, marker, glue and string all take to it with no preparation, and a craft stick frame will hold weight that paper and foam cannot. Compare lengths rather than counts: skill sticks are the long ones that build, craft sticks are the short ones that fill, and most projects want some of each.
Clothespins and peg people are the fastest route from materials to characters, and because they stand up on their own a child gets a scene rather than a flat piece of art. That makes this a good shelf for children who prefer making to drawing. Wood splinters when it is snapped rather than cut, so keep blunt scissors nearby for dowels and let the smallest ages glue rather than trim.

Bendy stems, pom poms, craft fluff and wiggle eyes — the soft handful that turns a flat sheet of paper into a creature with a personality.
Sheets, shapes, adhesive backs and glitter finishes. Foam cuts with blunt scissors, never frays and forgives a wobbly line.
Felt sheets by the ream, glitter felt, pre-cut leaves, looper bags and the loom that turns them into a potholder.
