From Our Shelf to Your Door
Who actually sends the parcel, and what that means for timings.
The Parcel Is Not Ours
Nothing on this site ships from us. When you use the button on a card you are taken to the listing at the partner store, and everything after that — payment, packing, dispatch and tracking — is handled there.
That is why we do not publish delivery estimates. The listing shows the real date for your address at the moment you are looking, and any number we printed here would be out of date before you read it.
Checking Where Something Is
Tracking lives on the order page of the partner store you bought from. Sign in, open the order, and the carrier and current status are both there. If the date has moved, that page will say so before any email does.
If a parcel has clearly stalled, the store's support team can chase the carrier directly. We have no visibility of your order at all and no way to escalate it.
Bulk Orders and Multipacks
Classroom counts and twelve-pack cases are heavier and bulkier than they look on screen, and they occasionally ship separately from smaller items in the same order. That is normal and not a sign that anything has gone wrong.
If you are ordering for a school or a party, allow more time than the estimate suggests. The estimate is accurate; the afternoon you need it for is usually sooner than you think.
