What We Can Help With
Write to us about the catalogue: a product we have missed, a count that looks wrong, a shelf that sends you to the wrong place, or a card where the description does not match what arrived. Corrections are genuinely welcome and they get made the same week.
We are also happy to answer questions about which material suits a particular project or age, which is the kind of thing that is hard to work out from a product photo.
What We Cannot Help With
We cannot look up an order, change an address, cancel anything or arrange a refund, because the purchase was never with us. All of that lives on the order page of the partner store you bought from, and their support team can act on it in minutes where we cannot act on it at all.
We also cannot confirm stock or delivery dates. The listing shows both in real time and we do not.
